Position Summary:

Transaction Specialist support the day to day administrative requests submitted by operations managers across multiple regions. Examples of requests submitted are creating purchase orders, Invoice Reconciliation and reporting, entering time into timesheets, and setting up new vendors in supportive systems and tools.

 

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Generate Contracts and subcontracts
  • Post labor and expenses against contracts
  • Data Management
  • Query Management
  • Generate and mail invoices
  • Generate Credits and Re-bill Invoices
  • Update existing records and contracts
  • Reporting
  • SOX Compliance
  • Special research and reconciliation projects

     

    Job Requirements:

  • Able to work from written instruction and/or direction.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment and adapt to a dynamic process structure.
  • Highly methodical and detail oriented.
  • Able to multi-task within a variety of deadlines on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills:
    • Outlook:  Ability to send and receive email, use follow up, tasks, calendars and appointments
    • Word:  Ability to compose documents, adjust formatting and export as PDF documents.
    • Excel:  Must understand intermediate formulas such as sums, if statements and subtotals.
  • Able to work overtime as may be required at key Fiscal points during the year.
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Demonstrated ability in working with region-wide cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business processes (e.g. time tracking process used by consultants)
  • and day to day operations (e.g. contract setup within a specified service levels)
  •  Strong written and oral communication skills in English or in the language of support.
