Overall Job Purpose

This position offers you the opportunity to work alongside one of our high profile clients who specialise in internet based searching and video sharing platforms. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist you will identify high quality multi-lingual candidates through various methods of sourcing including database search, social media and referrals. You will develop and execute a broad based sourcing strategy to deliver a viable talent pipeline. Duties and Responsibilities


  • Source high quality candidates through on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, internet searches and social media
  • Complete comprehensive phone screenings of candidates including career preferences, remuneration, availability and an initial assessment of capability
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates and build strong relationships during the selection process
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for TA Specialists and Hiring Managers
  • Identify innovative methods of sourcing and continuously research new ways to improve sourcing techniques
  • Provide support to managers by creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes etc.
  • Support the internal recruitment process
  • Communicate with third party recruitment agencies
  • Ensure the recruitment process is in line with employment legislation and best practice
  • Contribute to various recruiting projects on an adhoc basis



Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential for the role
  • Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment or sourcing is desirable
  • Experience within a Business Outsourcing environment is desirable
  • Social Media knowledge is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professionalism and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Willing to actively assume full ownership of assigned roles and capable of delivering results
  • Highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work in an environment where constant change is the norm
