Job Title:         Content Reviewer (French Speaking)

Overall Job Purpose


This position offers you the opportunity to work alongside one of our high profile clients who specialise in internet based searching and video sharing platforms. As a Content Analyst you will responsible for reviewing advertiser Accounts for potential Risk and Policy violations. Our content analysts checks the advertiser's personal and payment information to determine the legitimacy of business and intention to pay as well as compliance with all client’s policies. Multiple tools are used to uncover fraudulent activity such as Phishing, Counterfeit and Cloaking. Our analysts work closely with the client to come up with and share best approach and practice to determine and fight dishonest behaviour on the Advertising Accounts level.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for evaluating online advertising accounts and analysing the data to make quick and responsible decisions in conjunction with client policy

  • Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and on-going recommendations

  • Maintain high quality deliverables in daily workflow

  • Visually navigate and review images, videos, accounts, text-based content and websites

  • Record findings and opinions using our client's web-based tools and workflow systems

  • Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review

  • Achieve weekly productivity deliverables as part of daily workflow

  • Work with exceptional attention to detail

  • Use your creative thinking to work in areas of continuous improvement and quality of next generation web services

Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Fluency in written and spoken English and the required language for this role is essential

  • Experience in content writing or data entry is an advantage (fraud, investigation)

  • Experience in the online industry and good knowledge of websites and navigation

  • Proven ability to deliver highest quality results while paying strict attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volume and complex demands

  • Strong team player that can remain positive during challenging assignments

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Intermediate I.T skills with the ability to quickly learn new tools

  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly

  • Comfortable with reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs
