The TERRITORY MEDIA Search & Google Products team continues to grow and is looking forward to a new full-time team colleague at our Budapest Office. We are looking for a talented Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Search & Google Products fulltime in Budapest who shares our passion for creative and effective advertising campaigns.

Your tasks: 

• Taking responsibility for the strategic direction and growth of online marketing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising with a focus on search, shopping and performance max campaigns (additionally video and display) 

• Budget planning and project management of medium to large accounts 

• Development of cross-media marketing strategies and operational implementation 

• Identification of market potential and trends and development of corresponding business plans 

• Ensuring the achievement of sales and profit targets as well as building and maintaining relationships with key business partners and customers 

• Supporting the team leader in the management of specialists and supporting their professional development 

Your profile: 

• Degree in economics or comparable professional training with relevant specialization 

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track record in the development, implementation and optimizsation of SEA campaigns 

• Analytical skills and strategic thinking 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

• Strong customer focus and relationship building skills 

• Self-motivated and result-orientated 

• Willingness to travel occasionally 

• Fluency in English required, German language skills are desirable
