Working Student - People Analytics & Reporting (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Help with data cleaning, validation, and preparation for people analytics projects
• Contribute to a high data quality to ensure a solid foundation for further analyses
• Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports
• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with our international HR team members to understand their data needs and provide analytical support by preparing training materials

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Basic understanding of HR processes and metrics
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Prior experience with data analysis or HR analytics is a plus but not required
