Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities:

• Consulting: Provide expert advice to internal customers/stakeholders, focusing on finance and risk analysis/reporting topics
• Report and Dashboard Development: Create detailed, high-quality reports and dashboards
• Process Management: Oversee all stages from requirements through to supporting productive use
• Expert Guidance: Provide advice on various aspects, including information design (e.g., IBCS) and data storytelling

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis and knowledge in financial reporting
• Basic knowledge of data functions such as data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
• Expertise in PowerBI or similar tools
• Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence, Jira, MIRO, and MS Office or similar tools
• Strong communication skills with very good presentation and moderation abilities (English required, Norwegian is a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Industry experience in financial solutions or banking is a plus
• Structured and result-oriented way of working with a high degree of commitment
