We are looking for a

(Junior) IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Baden-Baden, Verl or Berlin – flexible working conditions available 

Your Challenges

• Ensuring the technical operations of our internal applications (partly on-call duty)
• Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance tasks
• Further development of processes and customization of applications
• Troubleshooting and respective analysis in case of malfunctions
• You are the contact person for the specialist department and other IT units and contribute in projects in the IT area
• You are planning, monitoring, controlling and documenting the corresponding IT services

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, (business) informatics or comparable training
• Professional experience in the area of IT Service Operations desirable
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL), C# and/or script development
• Experience with server-based IT systems (Windows and/or Unix/Linux) and with cloud-based IT systems (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Aability to work in a team as well as independently and solution oriented
• You can communicate confidently in German and English
