To our Operational Finance team, we are looking for a
Process Manager

(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at one of our locations in Europe – flexible working conditions available

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Support Finance Operations with efficient processes regarding general ledger (GL) set up in our production system Phoenix.
• To be the link between Finance Operations and IT/Tech supporting correct GL set up and ensure that their daily processes run smoothly.
• For product innovations as well as improving current GL set up- you are the finance specialist who models digital booking processes and creates system requirements, which are then implemented by IT with your support.
• In your daily work, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team from the areas of product, customer management and IT.  
• Be one of the contact persons in the team for financial-related questions from respective stakeholders (operations, product teams, IT etc.)

The most desired skills for success:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or similar education, preferably within accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or process management.
• Very high IT affinity and good MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as problem-solving skills.
• Excellent in  English, both written and spoken.
• Team player with high independence, a structured way of working with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
