We are looking for a 
Tech Hub Lead
(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Oslo – flexible working conditions available

Our tech function has over 500 employees based in different locations in Europe. In our Oslo Tech Hub we have been growing rapidly and now we have a great opportunity for you to take our Tech Hub to the next level! 
In this role you will also be a link between our team in Oslo and the rest of our tech community in Europe.

 
What will be your challenge in the role:

• Hire talents – you will develop our Oslo Tech Hub with the aim to be a magnet for Software Engineers and collaborate closely with the People & Culture team regarding recruitments and branding strategies and their implementation
• Integrate talents – you will make our new colleagues feel welcomed and ensure that their integration in our cross-functional teams is a success
• Retain talents – you will ensure a highly motivated and sustainable team and always offering the guidance, support and tools needed for your team to take initiatives, and perform at their best, including performance and development conversations
• Act as a Tech ambassador – you will connect with the FinTech community in Oslo and raise awareness of our products and technology in the respective communities. You will also act as a thought leader and advocate our FinTech approach actively in the market - for instance as a speaker at conferences and thought leader in tech blogs

 
What you bring:

• You are passionate about leading, developing and inspiring Software Engineering Teams in an agile set-up
• You are a people person that are comfortable with engaging with different stakeholders within our international organization
• You bring a degree in informatics or a comparable education with relevant work experience
• You have a background within software development
• You have excellent English skills, Norwegian skills will be a plus
