Sales Manager (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Amsterdam or Heerenveen – flexible working conditions available 

 

What will be your challenge in the role:

  • You independently acquire new customers for our products, particularly in third-party collections and debt purchase, both nationally and internationally
  • As a key contact for potential leads, you provide guidance on our solutions across the entire financial value chain
  • You stay ahead of market trends, identifying customer challenges and understanding their competitive landscape
  • Your insights contribute to product development and content marketing strategies
  • You represent Riverty at client meetings, conferences, and industry events, building and maintaining valuable relationships
  • You leverage our CRM system effectively throughout the sales process

 

What you need to succeed in the role

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable degree, or alternatively you have completed a comparable training program
  • Ideally you have at least two years of professional experience in sales, ideally in sales of financial services (receivables management / collections, risk management or payments)
  • With your confident manner, excellent social skills and strong communication skills - also in English - it is easy for you to make new contacts and expand your internal and external network
  • You convince with your strong hunter mentality, high energy and a certain amount of persistence
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking as well as your curiosity and enthusiasm for the needs of your leads complete your profile
