Key responsibilities
- Lead, drive and execute organizational development and transformation initiatives across functional, business, and local units through design and implementation of organizational strategies, target operating models, processes, change approaches, and collaboration models to enhance effectiveness.
- Enable our leadership teams, providing individual and peer-to-peer coaching sessions to enhance team dynamics and performance, setting the baseline for continuous reflection and improvement.
- Drive change management and communication to foster transparency across the organization as well as a culture of change and adaptability.
- Active collaboration with senior management team to embed aligned and effective structures and supportive leadership practices.
- Drive cultural development interventions, providing formats for the organization to collectively work on behaviors representing how we work, collaborate, achieve, and fail together.
Your profile
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience and companies. A strong product and fintech focus is a plus, especially working in a global organization where cross-functional collaboration is business as usual.
- Proven ability to influence and empower cross-functional teams and leaders. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to turn business needs into effective organizational transformation programs.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results on time.
- Familiar with various practices, agile methodologies (e. g. OKR, Loop Approach, Design Thinking, Facilitation, Change Management) and digital collaboration tools (e. g. Miro, MS Teams, Workpath, Jira / Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, capable of presenting, moderating, empowering people and facilitating tough conversations as well as complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence at all levels.
