We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the new client sales process by providing technical and functional integration consultation for our product, Accounting as a Service. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with client-side process managers, product owners, and developers, and overseeing the onboarding process. You will also collaborate with our Activation and Operations Teams to ensure a seamless handover. Occasional travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Consult the merchant regarding technical and functional integration of our product, Accounting as a Service
• Provide first-class and pro-active support during the projects by engaging with process managers, product owners, and developers on the client side
• Manage the entire project life cyle, for internal and external projects
• Collaborate with the Development, Activation and Operations Teams to facilitate a smooth handover
• Maintain a structured and organized approach to work, ensuring efficient project management

Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in Economics or IT or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimun of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting processes
• Strong ability to understand and explain business processes and (REST) APIs
• Proficiency in (technical) solution design, with a solid understanding of typical modern  application landscapes such as eCommerce, Mobility, or similar domains
• Demonstrated structured and organized way of working, preferably with proven project management skills (certifications are a plus but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English at a C1 level, German is a plus
