As the AI Architect & Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases, selecting the appropriate AI technologies and architectures, and guiding implementation teams to bring AI solutions to life. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to design scalable, efficient AI frameworks and ensure successful execution of AI initiatives that address key business needs. Acting as the primary AI advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI adoption and innovation across the organization, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Business Consulting and AI Use Cases:
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert recommendations on AI technologies and architectures, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- AI Technology and Architecture:
- Serve as the primary authority on AI technologies and best practices, offering mentorship to internal teams.
- Select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks and architectures, and guiding implementation teams
- Oversight of High-Impact AI Use Case Implementation:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of AI solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

- Assess and enhance Riverty’s AI infrastructure, tools, talent, and processes.
- Identify gaps and recommend strategies to improve AI readiness and maturity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Extensive experience in AI research, development and implementation, with a profen track record of delivering impactful solutions
- Deep expertise in GenAI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with experience in developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with business objectives
- Familiarity with the financial industry and its specific AI applications and challenges is a plus
