IT Support Technician

We are looking for a
IT Support Technician
to join our team in Copenhagen

As an IT Support Technician in Riverty, while you will be working in our Copenhagen office, but you will join an international team and support internal users in the Nordic countries. 
 

What will be the challenge?

• Taking responsibility: You and your team are responsible for the IT infrastructure providing the user software, hardware, and IT service. You will also manage application access rights, software licenses, and our workstations and mobile devices. 

• Operational tasks: The team is responsible for operating IT infrastructure for workplace and location services.

• Stakeholder management: You steer service provider and collaborate closely with your local and international colleagues.

• Implement new solutions: You support in creating, developing, and implementing new solutions for local requirements – support us with your innovative ideas on our way to the most human-centric Fintech!

What will help you to succeed in the role:

• Education: You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field.

• Experience: You have 3+ years of relevant professional experience (working as an IT support, system administrator, etc.)

• IT skills: You have a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, technologies, servers, network components, telephony, and M365/MS Office.

• Personality: You are reliable, service-orientated, and pragmatic. You thrive on taking responsibility and collaborating with an international team to achieve common goals.

• Language: You are fluent in both Danish and English.
