We are looking for several


Financial Customer Service Agents - Netherlands (m/f/d) DUTCH SPEAKING
in full-time or part-time in Berlin or Münster with 80% Home Office + language bonus!
 
What will be your challenge in the role:

  • You answer customer inquiries regarding the payment processing by phone, chat and email
  • You create notifications based on open claims and contact the customers
  • You record and manage transactions for our customers using an accounting system
  • You will receive an intensive and qualified training

 

What you need to succeed in the role:

  • Student? Expert? Career changer? You are very welcome at Riverty!
  • Whether spoken or written - your knowledge of Dutch is fluent
  • You consider your very good communication skills in German or English as one of your strengths - both spoken and written
  • You are open minded and friendly towards customers. You can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes

  • Our service hours are from Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 07:30 pm; on weekends from 08:00 am to 04:30 pm - you will recieve a shift- an weekendbonus
