We are looking for a

IT Support Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics (m/f/d)

(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Verl, Baden-Baden or Tallinn – hybrid working conditions available.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and issues related to MS Dynamics 365, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and developers to channel requests appropriately.
  • Undertake routine tasks with accuracy and maintain thorough documentation of work.
  • Embrace the innovative and ever-changing landscape of our business, contributing to the implementation of AI solutions.
  • Run documentation in Confluence, prepare MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Routine tasks are balanced with exciting projects, making the day-to-day work engaging and dynamic.

 
Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in IT, (business) informatics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is a big plus.
  • Logically minded with a keen interest in IT.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, high attention to details, with the ability to work on the routine tasks accurately.
  • Service-oriented with strong communication skills, you can handle various stakeholders with confidence. 
  • Able to embrace change and innovation, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly motivated to learn and grow within the field (MS Dynamics 365).
  • Fluent in English (we are a diverse and international team). Proficiency in German would be a plus.

 

  • Nice to have: proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0).
  • Nice to have: knowledge in Miro, Jira.
