Partner Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a

Partner Manager BENELUX (m/f/d)

Join our team at our location in Amsterdam – flexible working conditions available

Who are we looking for?

Having the right skills and experience is important to have a good start in a new role and organization, but the mind-set and the right mentality really allows success to be manifested! As team-lead I am therefore looking for enthusiastic, pro-active and most of all energetic commercial minded individuals that understand what it entails to bring a partnership to the next level. The partners we work for require close contact and a person on the other side that they can trust, count on and be confident that they represent their needs to internal stakeholders.

A day in the life of a Riverty Partner Manager:

So in practice, what can you expect at Riverty when you take the position of a Partner Manager?
You start your day either remote or in one of the offices in Amsterdam. Looking at your agenda for the morning you see two external calls: 1) a call with your partner to discuss your recent proposal for upgrading the connection with the latest Riverty Pi3 product and how this can benefit the partners’ and their merchants’ P&L, and 2) a call with the marketing team of the partner to align on a marketing campaign to promote Riverty in one of their merchant newsletter. In between you get a call from your contact that has detected an issue with a settlement report. You quickly reach out internally to the FinOps team to flag this issue and prepare a support ticket. You make sure the partner is aware of the status and what he/she can expect in terms of updates on the issue.
After lunch with your colleagues you get back behind your desk to prepare for two internal meetings in the afternoon: 1) a meeting with the partner product lead who will update you on the latest status of 2 new product features that will benefit our key partners, and 2) a meeting to update the Sales and KAM teams on the planned activities in the next quarter with our Partners that will result in additional lead generation.
Throughout the afternoon you have a few brief chats with fellow team mates to share experience, best practices and align on expectations from the next Quarterly team meeting in AMS.
You close the day with a short chat with your team-lead to bring him up to speed and ask him to assist in pushing internally for more resources to make sure we avoid any settlement issues in the future.
