Client Success Manager

At Riverty, we empower businesses through innovative payment solutions and dedicated support. We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, enduring client relationships by delivering exceptional service and driving operational success.
Key responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Lead operational tasks in collaboration with Key Account Management and Operations to ensure the seamless delivery of our products.
- Project Leadership: Initiate and coordinate cross-functional teams for client-specific and improvement projects to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key operational stakeholders on the client side to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Innovation and Optimization: Actively contribute to product development by identifying opportunities for optimization, developing new processes, and supporting the execution of business unit strategies.
- Meeting Facilitation: Play a crucial role in client meetings, both by contributing and leading operational discussions to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Networking: Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal and external network to enhance operational task management and client service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: HBO or university degree.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in account management or customer success within the Payments or Debt Collection industry.
- Personality Traits: High-energy, efficient, with a robust 'get-things-done' mentality.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate effectively; a social connector both internally and with clients.
- Working Style: Independent and structured approach to tasks.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
