Associate Product Owner for the RLMS

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Primary responsibility of this role is to manage the following for the RLMS:

  • Lead the discovery process to understand customer needs and requirements
  • Translate insights into detailed product requirements, identify ambiguities, define clear acceptance criteria, prioritize tradeoffs, manage the backlog, and drive your development teams to deliver quality products
  • Create deep relationships with your target customers as the established expert for offerings
  • Communicate priorities based on well-defined and measured business cases

 

Key activities include:

  • Leading the SCRUM team following agile processes
  • Creating detailed requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Maintaining and grooming the product backlog
  • Creating product documentation including release notes
  • Conducting ongoing competitive and market research:  W/L Calls, Surveys, Discovery Calls and Visits and Cancellation

 

 YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • 1+ years of experience in product management or support role preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems
  • Can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization
  • Not afraid of the details – need to be highly focused mitigating product development risk by ensuring that no rocks go unturned
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence.
  • Solid understanding and proven experience working in a dynamic development environment.
