Mit Eingang Ihrer Online-Bewerbung werden Ihre Daten zu Einstellungszwecken auf Grundlage des Art. 6 (1) b DSGVO und, sofern vorhanden, auf Grundlage der lokalen Vorschrift zum Beschäftigtendatenschutz verarbeitet. Bertelsmann ist weltweit niedergelassen. Daher kann ein Zugriff auch von außerhalb der EU, einem sog. Drittland erfolgen. Die DSGVO gilt zunächst nur in der EU, sodass kein weltweit angemessenes Datenschutzniveau garantiert werden kann. Ein solches Datenschutzniveau für die Drittländer kann mit einer ge-eigneten Garantie jedoch sichergestellt werden. Als geeignete Garantie kommen etwa Standardvertragsklauseln in Betracht, die von der EU Kommission bereitgestellt werden. Von etwaigen Garantien kann ausnahmsweise abgesehen werden, wenn Sie einwilligen. Daher umfasst meine Einwilligung auch die Datenver-arbeitung durch Drittländer nach Art. 49 (1) a DSGVO.
Meine Einwilligung kann ich jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen, indem ich über meine Profilein-stellungen die Zugriffe einschränke und/oder die Benachrichtigungsfunktion deaktiviere. Sie gilt zeitlich bis zur Löschung meines Bewerberprofils oder bis zum Widerruf. Die Einwilligung ist freiwillig. Der Zweck der Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten besteht darin, Ihnen auf Basis des hochgeladenen Lebenslaufes passende Stellenausschreibungen vorzuschlagen. Es werden nur die im Lebenslauf zur Verfügung gestellten Angaben verarbeitet. Eine Zusammenführung mit weiteren Daten wie der IP-Adresse aus Log-Dateien findet nicht statt. Die von Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellten Daten werden umgehend nach der Analyse des Lebenslaufs und Darstellung der passenden Stellenausschreibungen gelöscht. Eine darüber hinaus gehende dauerhafte Speicherung findet nicht statt. Die Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung der Daten ist Ihre Einwilligung nach Art. 6 (1) Buchstabe a DSGVO.
