Project Manager (m/f)

 

Your tasks


Interventions with customers in the field of television, radio, or public or private institutions, for traditional or innovative broadcast systems such as IP technology or any new emerging technology in this field:

  • Take charge of end-to-end project execution, including overseeing budget management and handling substantial expenditures, throughout the entire delivery cycle
  • Lead teams effectively within a matrixed environment.
  • Adopt effective and inclusive people management and providing the right levels of feedback to senior leadership.
  • Ensure there is planned and managed project delivery of digital technology-based initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the technical team to assess project progress and address any inquiries or obstacles that may arise during the projects.
  • Leading follow-up meetings and steering committees.
  • Participating in and overseeing project acceptance phases.
  • Being able to handle multiple projects in parallel in an international context.


Your profile

 

  • Technical Project Management experience with the ability to communicate effectively, including producing status reports to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrate rock solid PM Experience, and technical knowledge, preferably working on digital projects / programs and have experience in project management and delivery using agile (including agile at scale) and waterfall methodologies.
  • Understanding of Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies management and experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a partnership mentality.
  • Experienced in working in an inclusive environment, understands and values diversity, and is comfortable working to promote these values, day to day.
  • Preferably working on digital projects / programs and have experience in project management and delivery using agile. Experience with Jira Project Management is an asset.
  • You are proficient in French and in English. German is an asset.
  • You have minimum 2 years’ experience in the same field and function.
  • Knowledge of broadcasting and IT;
  • Knowledge and command of project management tools.
