Product Management Leader (m/f)

 

Your tasks

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Validate and deliver product increments, meeting quality standards and integration requirements.
  • Plan and manage the product roadmap, aligning with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts for smooth product releases and adoption.
  • Drive customer-centric innovation by integrating customer insights throughout the development process.
  • Define and implement the overall technical strategy and architecture for the products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead the selection and adoption of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for software development and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
  • Drive cloud adoption and migration strategies, leveraging cloud-native technologies and services to optimize product performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and performance optimization.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the products and recommending adoption where appropriate.
  • Oversee sprint planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning to meet development demands.
  • Lead agile initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track product success and user engagement.
  • Plan and allocate budgets for the products.

 

Your profile

 

  • Proven experience in product management and leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in product development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Understanding of security best practices in software development and cloud infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Media or related technology products

This department drives the organization's technology strategy, focusing on innovation, scalability, and efficiency across media workflows and Media as a Service platforms. The team includes experts in architecture, data, security, and emerging technologies, working collaboratively to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with BCE's strategic goals.
