We are currently looking for someone to assist a team of copywriters who produce marketing content for Random House titles.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist associate copy director with management of weekly web copy updates 
  • Format and post copy and reviews to the web for the entire division
  • Refresh online copy and author bios for backlist titles
  • Proofread marketing projects
  • Organize title and subtitle brainstorm meeting
  • Book rooms for copy team status meetings
  • Manage intranet and offline file systems 
  • Act as liaison with departments across the company

 

Requirements:

 

  • A creative, self-starter with exceptional writing, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

 

Salary for this position is $40,000. Full-time employees are eligible for our comprehensive benefits program.
