The client development team at Penguin Random House’s third-party distribution arm is expanding. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our team and help us to grow our training and development program for our publishers. This key team member will work closely with other departments within Penguin Random House to coordinate and execute additional offerings in our Ideas Exchange program.


Job Description:

  • Identify and develop written content for client-facing website (MyPage), including documentation for client-focused services and applications
  • Identify and develop instructional and training videos for client-facing website
  • Train clients on relevant PRH applications, processes, & best practices, including any new features or updates to current applications
  • Coordinate and execute programming for multiple live events each year, including annual Client Summit
  • Assume day-to-day responsibility for training  webinar program
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of client-facing website
  • Manage weekly PRHPS newsletter with department coordinator
  • Track and analyze user metrics for client website and newsletter performance and propose suggestions for enhancements



  • Associate Manager-level, 2-3 years book publishing or training experience; or Manager-level with 3+ years of experience
  • Strong collaborator with exceptional people skills
  • Experience in creating & giving presentations and/or trainings to large groups
  • Interest in and in-depth understanding of metadata, SEO, and similar concepts
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to fluid and/or changing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Strong proofreading skills and high quality standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with WordPress a plus
  • Experience with website analytics and video editing software a plus
