PRH Publisher Services is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Operations to join their team.


The Associate Manager, Client Operations is a curious individual who enjoys helping others.  This person has a passion for operations, systems and understanding how things work.  It is also an individual who can explain complex issues in a straightforward and easily understandable fashion.  Day-to-day responsibilities include problem solving and supporting PRHPS clients on operational and financial concerns as well as supporting PRH staff on client-related concerns:


  • Integrations
  • De-integrations
  • Statement reviews
  • Pricing questions
  • Inventory, warehousing, freight, fulfillment and returns questions
  • Audits
  • eBook processes
  • Sales transaction issues
  • General service-related questions including contractual issues and concerns
  • Systems support and ad hoc training


Additionally, the Associate Manager, Client Operations is responsible for:

  • Developing processes related to new client services
  • Working with internal departments to improve existing processes
  • Client participation in corporate initiatives
  • Projects related to the billing of new services and offerings
  • Managing smaller-scale projects either independently or in a supporting capacity including finance-focused, strategic and process-improvement projects.  Depending on the scope of the project, she/he will be responsible for:
    • developing and maintaining project plans
    • executing analysis
    • facilitating meetings
    • documenting results



Ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of related experience.
