- Author Collaboration: Partner with authors to amplify campaign effectiveness, focusing on strategies to boost their social media presence and overall brand awareness.
- Partnership Development: Proactively pitch to organizations, VIPs, social media influencers, and potential partners to secure cross-promotional opportunities that enhance campaign reach and effectiveness, for One World and for specific titles.
Please apply if you meet the following qualifications:

Experience in consumer or brand marketing with the ability to define target audiences, set goals, measure conversion/sales, synthesize metrics/data, and manage budgets is desired.
- Strong Creative Vision: An ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies, a curiosity for finding solutions and insights, and an interest in understanding One World’s readers, both in the trade (educators, librarians, influencers, and booksellers) and among consumers.
- Self-motivated Collaborator: A motivated self-starter with excellent collaboration skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing effectively in a demanding environment and connecting with readers wherever they are.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Experience working closely with authors and their agents to deliver timely follow-through, presenting to large groups, and building relationships across departments.
