  • Stellar customer service skills with experience working independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Capacity to learn quickly and thrive in a complex and changing work environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.

  • Proven track-record of being proactive and process-driven.

  • Established proficiency with Microsoft Office suite such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Aptitude to learn new programs such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and online collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Outlook).

  • A solutions-focused, proactive, and dynamic approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Sound judgment with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

  • A flexible and adaptive mindset to work within this evolving area of the business.

  • An inclusive approach, supported by cultural competency and a proven ability to collaborate with people from across a wide range of diverse backgrounds.

  • Enhanced knowledge, awareness, and experience with the culture and history of any community that has faced marginalization is considered a plus.

  • And of course, a deep passion for books!
