HR Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days / flexible 22.5 hours per week), based in our North Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing employment contracts and paperwork, scheduling induction sessions, and liaising with Payroll.
- Maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), personnel files, and all HR data.
- Tracking probation end dates, generating letters, and liaising with line managers.
- Ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Managing purchase orders and invoices, filing, taking minutes, and reporting on HR metrics.
- Providing administrative support to the broader HR team.
- Working closely with Payroll and IT to ensure seamless HR operations.
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience, preferably in HR.
- High organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with IT applications including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A genuine interest of administrative tasks and a positive attitude towards administrative work.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving and simplifying processes.
- A curious nature, always eager to learn within the role.
