Position Summary:

Responsible for providing industry-leading service while meeting the quality and project expectations.  Assumes responsibility for the planning, management and completion of assigned projects within deadline, quality requirements, timelines and budget. Identifies needed resources. Assembles a team, assigns tasks and responsibilities.

 

 

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develops the project plan soliciting input from his/her team on the plan and project design
• Prepares cost estimates and develops proposals for all changes requested that affect the project
• Establishes responsibility for assigned project/s tasks/milestones
• Establishes clear decision-making and communication processes; monitors project progress
• Participates in analyzing and resolving problems associated with technical issues, project resource issues, and project integration issues
• Identifies resource needs for the project; establishes roles, expectations, and goals with identified team members from the functional areas
• Supports project by leveraging best practices, experiences and know-how from other resources
• Communicates with client as required on all matters relating to project
• Understands and communicates the inter-dependencies of various systems/products in meeting customer needs and is aware of services offered by the competitor
• Responsible for implementation of change requests
• Responsible for continuous cost reduction, process improvement and problem resolution
• Responsible for strategically developing the program for the future (technology, strategy, processes)
• Reports periodically business performance, status and trends to assigned account
• Assists account management team to identify emerging issues and trending problems for solution and drive solution to resolution
• Coordinate with global teams for supporting all service delivery aspects of businesses, including back up scenarios to other locations
• Complies with company set procedures
• Responsible for set up of client reporting and invoicing
• Responsible for Majorel site build outs to include developing scope of work, facilities set up and infrastructure, vendor selection and coordination, and project oversight.

Job Requirements:

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4-5 year’s project management experience
• Project Management certification preferred
• Excellent written communication skills
• Good familiarity with PCs, including MS Windows Operating System and the Internet
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio.
• Experience in aspects of customer care management preferable
• Experience in aspects of Customer Relationship Management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Analyze problems, detect roots and create corrective solutions
• Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to management
• Requires to effectively communicate and work with professionals in other departments and customers, which may lead to independent decision making
• Independent worker, a self-starter, detail oriented, analytical and have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and preferably a second language
