Senior Marketing Manager, Non-Scripted

Role

Within Fremantle's Group Marketing function, the Senior Marketing Manager develops and leads strategic marketing campaigns for non-scripted content. Collaborating with Global Entertainment, Commercial, and International teams, the role focuses on launching new programmes and formats, elevating legacy brands, and driving global sales through creative content marketing initiatives.

The position co-manages the Marketing Assistant (who supports both Non-Scripted and Scripted teams), overseeing task allocation, priority setting, and professional development.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic campaign planning for new programmes and format launches, including positioning, budgeting, rollout timing, creative development, performance measurement and evaluation.

  • Deliver creative, cross-channel content marketing to enhance engagement for key programmes & formats for B2B and B2C audiences

  • Co-manage the Marketing Assistant (Non-Scripted), including day-to-day needs and development, and monitoring consistency and quality of their work.

  • Liaising with Fremantle’s production territory offices and distribution offices to ensure a consistent and high-quality flow of information.

  • Working with external creative suppliers to agree briefs, budgets, and deliveries on commissioned projects, including maintaining relationships with a range of suppliers to ensure resource availability and competitive pricing.

  • Collaborating with other Group Marketing teams, including Events, Creative and Trade Marketing on project delivery.

  • Following team processes, including accurate and up-to-date record keeping.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Demonstrable ability to develop strategic marketing campaigns including content marketing for TV content (ideally b2b and b2c), for both new launches and in support of ongoing franchises.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills for direct colleagues and wider business contacts.

  • Social listening and audience insight experience useful

  • Ability to work across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Project management and budget management skills.

  • Awareness of content industry trends including competitors and peers.

  • Awareness of marketing trends and inspiration from relevant sources.

  • Knowledge of relevant technical information around materials (eg. image and video formats).

  • Proficient in Office software and tools.
