Our purpose

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and it is vital that we reflect our audience, and the wider society of the countries we operate in. We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer, valuing inclusivity, and we actively seek candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Fremantle Climate Commitment

We aim to be climate neutral by 2030 with the wider ambition of achieving Net Zero by 2050 (dependent on our symbiotic relationship with suppliers/business partners). We will continually review these objectives as we make steps towards our goals across both our corporate sites and across all Fremantle productions (Fremantle productions where Fremantle has control over the production). Data captured in 2018 has been used to set a baseline. As Fremantle works towards a climate neutral 2030 target it will track, measure, and ultimately reduce carbon emissions against this baseline, as a minimum, reducing this baseline by 50% and offset the remainder.
