For our location in Ottobrunn near Munich we are actively seeking an Working Student for Service Delivery Process Automation (m/f/d).

Your Tasks - as important as our Software:
- Collaborate with our team to gain insights into operational processes within Service Delivery, with a focus on Customer Support.
- Assist the Service Delivery team in automating operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Undertake an independent project where you will analyze APIs from Salesforce, Azure DevOps, and other applications utilized in Service Delivery. Develop concepts and create automations to optimize operational workflows.
Your Profile - as good as our Solutions:
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- You possess good programming skills and a solid understanding of coding principles.
- Familiarity with scripting and API utilization is a plus.
- You demonstrate a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- A keen awareness of quality and attention to detail is essential.
- Your open, communicative, and team-oriented personality enhances our collaborative environment.
- You are comfortable communicating in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- You enjoy coming to the office and exchanging ideas with colleagues on site.
- You can commit to working up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks. We are happy to coordinate your schedule to fit your academic commitments.
