For our location in Ottobrunn near Munich we are actively seeking an Working Student for Application Customer Support (m/f/d).

 Your Tasks - as important as our Software: 

 

  • Assist customers with software application inquiries and troubleshooting issues. 

  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system (Salesforce). 

  • Collaborate with senior support staff to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 

  • Maintain our Customer Portal (based on Salesforce) and create required reports. 

  • Conduct basic software diagnostics and troubleshooting based on FAQs to identify root causes of problems. 

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs. 

  • Contribute to team projects aimed at improving service quality and customer experience. 

 


Your Profile - as good as our Solutions:

 

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field. 

  • Interest in software applications and customer support. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Basic understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. 

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Your open, communicative, and team-oriented personality enhances our collaborative environment. 

  • You are comfortable communicating in English; proficiency in German is an advantage. 

  • You enjoy coming to the office and exchanging ideas with colleagues on site.

  • You can commit to working up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks. We are happy to coordinate your schedule to fit your academic commitments.
