DK Data & Analytics team 


Are you ready to solve exciting and complex challenges at the heart of international publishing? 


Data and analytics play a crucial role in helping DK publish and position our books most effectively. In the last few years, DK has invested in its analytical resources and infrastructure. We require a passionate and enthusiastic data analyst to join our global Data & Analytics team. You will help DK manage our data and build analytical products which meet business needs. 


What to expect 

You will perform a variety of tasks and have skills across three main areas: 


Analytics & Data Science:

  • Machine learning, modelling, and statistics using Python or R

  • Market and sales analysis / reporting 

  • KPI design and deployment 

  • Building analytic products and solutions 


Technology & Data Engineering:

  • Data warehousing, including database administration and schema design

  • Data integration: ETL processes, and building data pipelines

  • Data quality and management 

  • Process automation 


Business & Communications:

  • Communicating actionable insight through data

  • Leadership across projects and workstreams 

  • Stakeholder engagement and management 

  • Translation of user needs into technical requirements


You will be 

  • Passionate about analytics and eager to further your career using data. 

  • Curious about learning and acquiring new skills. 

  • Adaptable and able to communicate analytic concepts to others.

  • Educated to degree level in an analytic or technological discipline or have equivalent qualifications/work experience
