Your tasks


In order to get a better understanding of the work in Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition, you will work together with the team on different topics and projects. 


  • Complement the team through your own views and experience, and help organize  events such as career fairs, case studies and networking events
  • Support the team with independent preparation of presentations, research and marketing materials 
  • Work with the team on online communication and support in the further development of our social media strategy
  • Learn how a  large company plans its marketing activities in order to attract talents from different backgrounds
  • Participate in weekly meetings to get a better understanding of the daily business in the Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition team

Your profile


You are advanced in your studies in Business, Psychology or a comparable discipline and have already gathered some professional work experience. In addition to this you also have:


  • A working style that is highly-organized and thorough
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Experience in the use of social media channels 
  • Reliability and discretion 
  • Confidence in dealing with standard computer programs (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluency in both German and English

The position is to be filled by November 2019.
