What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and Repair: Swiftly respond to production and plant equipment breakdowns, delivering efficient solutions to minimize downtime.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and proactively address potential issues to prevent unexpected failures.
• Collaborate and Document: Work closely with colleagues across shifts, sharing vital information and maintaining accurate records of all repairs and maintenance.
• Enhance Efficiency: Identify opportunities for improvement, manage parts, and suggest cost-saving solutions to boost system performance.
• Prioritize Safety: Adhere to safety standards and assist in promoting a safe work environment for all team members.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AC/DC motor theory, 3-phase power systems, electrical theory, and national electrical codes.
• Strong experience with PLC systems (AB SLC500/Control Logix & Siemens) and skilled at using an oscilloscope.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair relay logic circuits and operate lift trucks.
• Familiar with European electrical schematics and 34 KV electrical distribution safety standards.
• Ready to handle high-pressure situations and step up as a leader when the moment calls for it.
