Your Mission
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Expert to join our People team for a pivotal part-time, 15-month contract. In this high-impact role, your mission will be to research, develop, and administer our rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategic goals. What You'll Be Doing
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth market research and analyze salary survey data to ensure our compensation structures, salary bands, and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive.
- Compensation Cycle Management: Lead the coordination and analysis of the annual compensation review and budgeting cycle, providing key insights and recommendations.
- Bonus & Incentive Programs: Manage the quarterly bonus accrual calculations, provide commentary on deviations, and support the annual bonus pay-out process from start to finish.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in the design, implementation, and clear communication of our various employee benefits programs.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices strictly comply with relevant labor laws and regulations, ideally across multiple countries.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate rewards data within our HRIS, prepare insightful reports, and develop clear communications for managers on compensation policies.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Expertise: Dedicated experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, with a strong grasp of industry best practices.
- Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate your findings into actionable recommendations.
- Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations concerning compensation and benefits. International experience is a strong asset.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and high proficiency working with HRIS systems.
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex information clearly and concisely.
- Autonomy & Detail-Orientation: The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and maintain a high degree of accuracy in your work.
- Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
