Your Mission

We're seeking a strategic Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to lead our global talent efforts in the dynamic music industry. You'll shape an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience, champion our culture, drive innovative hiring approaches, and significantly strengthen our employer brand across all relevant talent markets.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Global Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute an agile global Talent Acquisition and Pipeline Strategy with a clear go-to-market approach to meet ambitious growth goals and anticipate future talent needs.
  • Employer Brand & Employee Value Proposition: Build a compelling Employer Branding Strategy and evolve our Employee Value Proposition to reflect our culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation, which will increase our visibility in key talent pools globally.
  • Music Industry Expertise & Market Intelligence: Leverage deep knowledge of the music industry's unique dynamics, key players, talent communities, and competitive landscape to position us as the employer of choice. You understand where the best music industry talent lives, how they think, and what moves them. You will then translate these insights into targeted, proactive talent strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed team, fostering excellence and continuous learning to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build strong, trusted relationships across the organization and advise senior leadership on all talent matters. You will be responsible for translating Talent Acquisition activities into clear business outcomes by articulating how talent decisions drive growth, culture, and competitive positioning.
  • Hiring Manager Enablement: Coach and train Hiring Managers on best practices in talent attraction, inclusive interviewing, and effective selection processes that contribute to an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Integrated Talent Management: Collaborate with Learning & Development and People teams to proactively identify skill gaps, especially for critical roles, and integrate external talent searches into holistic talent planning.
  • Innovation & Candidate Experience: Drive the strategic integration of cutting-edge technology, including AI, to optimize recruiting globally and ensure a brand-aligned, outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • KPI-Driven Performance: Establish and rigorously drive a clear, metrics-based approach to all talent acquisition activities, including Time to Hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction. You will build dashboards and reporting that make progress tangible and demonstrate the direct ROI of talent investments to leadership.
  • Inclusion & Belonging: Embed inclusion and belonging into every step of the hiring process, from how we write job descriptions to how we run interviews and make decisions. We want people to feel they belong here before they even start, and that starts with how we hire.

 

What We Are Looking For 

  • Proven Experience: A strong track record of developing and executing global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies with a focus on exceptional candidate experience, gained from dedicated leadership roles in these areas, marketing, or other strategic functions.
  • Strategic Networking: Exceptional ability to strategically build, nurture, and actively expand extensive professional networks, both internally and externally. You proactively reach into diverse and non-obvious talent pools and leverage your network as a competitive advantage.
  • Global Leadership: Demonstrated success in inspiring and developing high-performing, globally distributed teams across different regions and cultures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex global structures and drive alignment at all levels.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong data literacy and experience building KPI frameworks for Talent Acquisition. You know how to make talent metrics meaningful for business leaders and can translate numbers into compelling narratives.
  • Music Industry Passion: A genuine passion for music and a deep, hands-on understanding of the music industry is essential. You have an established network within the industry and know how to activate it to attract the right talent and build credibility.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
