JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment? Join our team as a Business Development Intern and play a key role in driving our marketing efforts forward. You will assist in the development and execution of exciting marketing campaigns, conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and trends, and support our sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities. You'll have the chance to create and manage engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Additionally, you'll analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and participate in team meetings, where your ideas for improving sales and marketing strategies will be valued. Collaboration with other departments will be crucial to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. We’re interested in highly accomplished students with demonstrated intellectual curiosity and keen analytical skills
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and business development stratigies
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and partnerships
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights for strategic planning
• Engage in projects that require rigorous analytical thinking and creative problem solving
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Interest in IT and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
NICE TO HAVE
• Previous experience with SAP or Microsoft 365 products
• Previous experience with Manufacturing or Consumer Products companies
• German language knowledge is a plus
