SAP User Support Specialist
General responsibilities:
- Daily communication with Employer's customers via e-mail or phone. Provide support in problem situation solving, provide consultations to customers;
- Process technical customer inquiries on incidents and monitor the problem solving process;
- Assist customers on solving 1st level issues;
- Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd levels of support to responsible employees and follow up the problem solving process;
- Demonstrate the highest level of professional customer service;
- Monitor system performances based on different parameters;
- Prepare different reports according to instructions;
- Attend customer meetings;
- Propose related process and efficiency improvement ideas.
Job requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English languages: Required for communication across our international locations and customers;

Previous customer service related experience will be considered as an advantage;

Proactive and analytical approach;

Good problem solving skills;

Solution orientated and a team player;

Desire to grow and develop in IT industry.
