Recruitment and Communications Specialist

As a Recruitment and Communication Specialist, you will be a part of Arvato Systems Latvia HR team that focuses on continuous development and engagement of our employees and takes care of excellent environment and team spirit. You will be responsible for recruitment and branding activities at the company.

General responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Preparation of job advertisements in internal recruitment system, as well as job portals and in-company board;

• Potential candidate approach, sourcing candidates, filtering candidate CV`s and conducting first interviews with the potential candidates;

• Prepare reports on first interviews, arrange 2nd stage interviews with the respective team manager/lead/counterpart;

• Administer company`s recruiting projects and prepare reports;

• Act as a point of contact and inform candidates on the selection process;

• Sourcing and headhunting IT candidates from different countries;

• Collaborate with department and team managers/leads on a regular basis to identify future human resource hiring needs and recruitment projects;

• Experience in IT recruitment will be considered as an advantage.

Communication and Employer Branding activities:

• Developing and writing various communication materials, such as, PR and employer branding strategies for talent attraction;

• Promote company`s brand and reputation, participate in employer branding activities;

• Participate in job fairs and career days to promote the company;

• Managing and owning social media channels;

• Ensuring consistency with the organization's branding guidelines across all communication channels;

• Experience with different communication materials and tools such as Canva, MS PowerPoint will be considered as an advantage.

Job requirements:

• University degree and/or relevant experience;

• At least 2 years of previous experience in recruitment project management (preferably in the field of Information Technology);

• Experience delivering communication materials

• Experience with social media communication will be considered as an advantage

• Excellent English language skills;

• Previous experience in employer branding activities;

• High sense of responsibility and excellent skills in task organization.
