Microsoft BizApps Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Consultant for Microsoft BizApps / D365 CRM to join our team. In this role, you will advise and support our clients in planning, designing, and implementing CRM solutions, acting as a Product Owner. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, conducting workshops, and developing concepts and solutions for data modeling, data quality management, workflows, and interfaces.

General Responsibilities:

• Advise and support clients in planning, designing, and implementing CRM solutions as a Product Owner.
• Conduct requirement analyses and facilitate workshops with business units and IT departments.
• Analyze and specify end-to-end customer processes in collaboration with clients.
• Develop and implement concepts and solutions for data modeling, data quality management, workflows, and interfaces.
• Proactively develop and present innovative product ideas to clients and collaborate with development teams for implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of three years of experience in agile IT project management.
• Technical understanding and strong consulting skills.
• Ideally, experience with Microsoft BizApps, including Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey client requirements to development teams.
• Proficiency in English, good knowledge of German is optional
