Junior Service Desk Specialist (Atlassian)
As Service Desk Specialist (Atlassian) you will be a part of Arvato Systems Latvia Service Operations unit and a member of our Service Desk team, who focuses on delivering support in incident management, providing high quality services to our customers all around Europe. You will be responsible for supporting customers in system inquiries, working closely and establishing global connection with colleagues in Latvia and other locations in the world.
General responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/ticketing system or phone

Process and monitor technical incidents
-
Advise and support the customer in consideration of functional requests

Troubleshoot any JIRA issues for users
-
Work with Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie and other Atlassian tools
-
Responsible for maintaining Confluence Spaces and JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, users etc.

Creating JIRA projects, templates, workflows, screens, fields and other administrative activities
-
Creating various type of documentation on confluence for migration, upgrade and other essential activities with pre-/ post validation

Creating automation rules to automate processes and workflows

Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd level of support

Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research

Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism
Job requirements:
-
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English language
-
Previous customer service-related experience
-
Experience creating complex Jira workflows including project workflows, field configurations, notification schemes in JIRA
-
Proactive and analytical approach
-
Good problem-solving skills
-
Solution orientated and a team player
-
Organized and able to manage projects and requirements

Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
Nice to have:
- Experience with ITIL processes and certification
- Experience on generating different types of reports in JIRA like Agile reports, EazyBI reports
- German language skills

Monthly gross base salary from 1400 to 2000 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
