IT Delivery Manager - DevOps Tribe

As the IT Delivery Manager for the DevOps, SRE, and Cloud Tribe, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of key infrastructure projects, cloud solutions, and the implementation of DevOps practices. You will also lead efforts to include the tribe within the Global Software Solutions organization, in collaboration with Malaysia, Romania, and Germany. In addition, you will focus on resource management, training, stakeholder engagement, and driving innovation within the tribe.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud, DevOps, and SRE projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that aligns with business and technical needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code practices, and automated testing and monitoring.
• Ensure platform scalability and resilience by implementing best practices in site reliability engineering and cloud architecture.
• Provide regular reports on project/product progress to key stakeholders.
• Manage resource planning, ensuring efficient team allocation and support for internal processes.
• Drive the inclusion of the DevOps, SRE & Cloud Tribe in the Global Software Solutions organization, working closely with counterparts in Malaysia, Romania, and Germany.
• Develop a training roadmap for team members, with a focus on career paths and professional growth.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate with unit leads and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to internal strategic objectives and ensure alignment between the tribe’s goals and broader organizational initiatives.
• Foster an innovation mindset within the tribe, encouraging the use of new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Seek out new market opportunities, identifying ways to expand the tribe’s contributions and business value.
• Engage with local tech communities to increase brand awareness and stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge within the organization.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with a focus on DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving cultural transformation.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with global teams and driving cross-location collaboration.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with cloud cost management and optimization.
• Certification in AWS Solutions Architect, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of site reliability engineering (SRE) principles and practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management, training development, and resource planning for global projects.
