Master data maintenance

Update on new Arvato Systems functional area (prior business responsible person)

Customer hierarchy

Cost centres

Month-end closing activities

Preparation of central month-end closing files

Preparation of monthly reporting to headquarters

Preparation of vendor / open items list

Preparation of central Forecasting template

Individual customer reports for month-end closing activities

Product development reporting (incl. update business cases, impairments)

Other activities

Assessment of calculations of offerings from sales and key account management

Improvements

Together with us, drive process improvements

Standardize processes, templates

Build state-of-the-art reports in our new S4 Hana (SAC )

Requirements

• Successfully completed business studies with at least 2 years of practical experience in finance in a similar position

• Very good MS Office and SAP skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and outstanding organizational skills

• A high degree of empathy, the ability to work enthusiastically in a team and also demonstrate a high level of commitment and commercial drive

• Advanced English language skills - written and verbal: Required for communication across our international locations

• Monthly gross salary from 1700 to 2150 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
