DevOps Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to execute operational activities such as deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and incident management.

• Able to create, implement, maintain, and optimize infrastructure architecture based on the application, system design.

• In the area of Application Management, you will work in 2nd and 3rd Level Support during the week and on weekends.

• Able to create, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery) pipelines based on complex software/application versioning to serve multiple clients.

• Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved.

• Support in projects and their GoLive phase.

• Provide guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Project experience in Kubernetes and Docker is highly valued.

• Project experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.

• Project experience with Ansible or similar IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools.

• Project experience with GitHub actions, GitLab CI or similar CI/CD technologies.

• Experience in operating Linux based systems is a must and operating Windows based systems is an advantage.

• Experience in at least one of following scripting languages: Python, Bash or Powershell.

• Professional hands-on experience in basic AWS services: AWS EC2, IAM, Lambda, SSM, Backup, VPC.

• Knowledge on database services such as AWS RDS, AWS DynamoDB, Postgres, MySQL or similar is an advantage.

• Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

• This job demand flexibility and willingness to work in dynamic environment with customer driven project. The candidates are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in EU regularly.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
