Customer Support Service Desk Specialist

Service Desk Specialist

(Extended working Hours Monday to Friday)


As Service Desk Specialist you will be a part of Arvato Systems Latvia Service Operations unit and a member of our Service Desk team, who focuses on delivering support in incident management, providing high quality services to our customers all around Europe. You will be responsible for supporting customers in system inquiries, working closely and establishing global connection with colleagues in Latvia and other locations in the world.


General responsibilities:

         Support customers by processing incidents and troubleshooting issues in various systems, e.g. SAP

        Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/ticketing system or phone

        Perform system monitoring tasks and report inconsistencies

        Provide required reporting, e.g. on system usage and user activity

          Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd  level of support

          Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism


Job requirements:

         Proactive and analytical approach, accuracy and attention to details

        Excellent communication skills in English language; German will be considered as advantage

          Previous customer service/IT service desk/Data management related experience

          Good analytical and problem solving skills

          Solution orientated and a team player

          Previous experience with SAP will be considered as advantage

          Desire to grow and develop in IT industry
