Application Excellence Team Lead

General responsibilities:

• Leading 2nd-3rd level Application Support teams.

• International team management: goal setting, people management, team motivation and leadership, advocate for company initiatives, being a role model for the team.

• Service ownership.

• SLA management and reporting.

• Stakeholder management.

• Utilization forecasting.

• Contribution to Department and Company goals.

Job requirements:

• IT Team lead practical experience 1+ years.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Fundamental knowledge in Linux and Windows systems.

• Basic knowledge of Database systems.

• Experience in the support of IT systems as well as in IT operation/maintenance and application development.

• Interest in new technologies such as cloud (Azure, AWS), Kubernetes(-tools) and Docker.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Seen as an advantage:

• Education in IT, Management, Business Administration.

• Entrepreneur mindset.

• Experience with DevOps practices.

• ITIL Foundation v3, v4 certificate or higher.

• German knowledge.

• Monthly gross base salary from 2600 to 3700 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
