Senior Finance Controller (Romania)

We are looking for a Senior Finance Controller who would take over our finance controlling processes for one of our locations - Romania.

General responsibilities:

• Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance by analyzing financial and operational results;

• Coordinate, perform forecasting and prepare budget;

• Oversee finance audit process;

• Controlling income and expenses and budget fullfillment;

• Create and implement internal processes and policies, update and control them, as well oversee group policy compliance;

• Oversee and control the month end closing process of accounting books;

• Oversee and manage the contractual documentation of related parties;

• Prepare business analytics  reports using PowerBI or similar tool;

• Be involved in various finance, accounting and internal controls related tasks and projects;

Job requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting;

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field;

• Good knowledge of MS Office and PowerBI;

• Excellent spoken and written Latvian language;

• Good spoken and written English language;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Precise, high sense of responsibility and positive attitude towards work;

• Experience with SAP software would be considered as advantage.
