Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Your role primarily focuses on tech recruiting, with an additional emphasis on reaching out to campuses for internship program intakes and enhancing employer branding. If you have a keen knack for identifying top talent, let's connect and explore this exciting opportunity together!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and maintaining candidates through SAP SuccessFactors (Peoplenet ATS).

  • Responsible for managing multiple job boards, proactively sourcing talent, conducting CV and phone screenings, and shortlisting candidates through various channels (such as social media, job portals, and career fairs).
  • Managing internal referrals and participating in the monthly creation of job postings.
  • Coordinating interviews for hiring teams and demonstrating strong negotiation skills during the offer management process.
  • Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, this individual will work closely with all internal stakeholders and Business Unit Leads to comprehend their business and hiring plans (inclusive of internship program).
  • Liasing and attending career fairs, networking events, and information sessions to promote the internship program and enhance employer branding.
  • Assisting with campus recruitment for interns and recent graduates.
  • Coordinating internship program logistics, including orientation sessions, mentorship pairings, and project assignments.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective interns and candidates through social media channels.
  • Collaborating closely with other HR team members on pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Generating various reports on a bi-weekly,monthly, and quarterly basis, as well as presenting them.
  • Cultivating a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Establishing strong relationships with existing and potential recruitment vendors (if any).
  • Performing any other ad-hoc recruitment and HR-related duties as necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in internal recruitment or external recruitment firms, with a focus on IT technical recruiting.
  • Demonstrates initiative, energy, proactivity, enthusiasm, and maintains a positive attitude even under pressure.
  • Highly adaptable to change and stays updated on the latest technologies and frameworks.
  • Understanding of IT outsourcing business operations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to source candidates from Software Development, Product Development, Quality Assurance, SAP, and IT Service Operations, with a strong network in these disciplines.
  • Experience in using and managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as a super administrator.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing tools and other job portals is a plus.
  • Experience in utilizing social media for employer branding purposes.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing employer branding initiatives and measuring their impact on recruitment metrics.
  • Experience or familiarity with campus recruitment strategies and events, including career fairs, running in-house events, and past internship programs.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated team player.
